From vendor and contract guidance to customized planning tools, timeline development, final vendor communication, rehearsal coordination, and complete wedding-day management, we handle the logistics so you can remain fully present for the moments that matter most.
Your package includes a personalized planning website, customized checklist and guest tracker, budget review and tracking, vendor coordination, contract review, floor plan and timeline development, final planning meetings, rehearsal coordination, vendor setup and arrivals, personal-item setup, bridal party management, ceremony and reception coordination, payment and gratuity distribution, and up to 12 hours of wedding-day coverage by our Lead Coordinator and an assistant when needed.
This package is ideal for clients who have booked more than five vendors and want professional guidance and execution while maintaining the personal involvement and flexibility of a DIY planning experience.
